Installer NOTE: The 308 came with aluminum exhaust header heat shields from the factory. Many owners have removed them and ceramic coated the headers (which affords a little more room in the space where our starter goes). For those cars that have retained the heat shield, you may need to clock the starter before final install. If clocking is necessary, add some blue locktite to the screws holding the mounting plate. {Thank you Dave B.}
